PAMUINI warranty support is intended to cover product defects while keeping expectations clear for fit, comfort, batteries, wax, water, loss, and handling damage.

Coverage

Warranty coverage should apply to confirmed manufacturing defects during the stated warranty period. Final warranty length will be shown before checkout opens.

Exclusions

Warranty does not normally cover loss, water damage, physical damage, wax blockage, disposable batteries, or normal wear unless specifically stated.

Support before replacement

Many issues are fit, ear tip, battery, charging, or volume problems. Support may troubleshoot before approving a replacement.
