Return terms need written confirmation
A standard trial period has not been confirmed here. Earlier wording proposed a 30-day launch trial; it was not a finalized policy. Before paying, obtain the return window, starting date, return address, shipping responsibility and any fees in writing.
This clarification does not revoke terms already agreed for an existing purchase. Keep your original offer and contact support if it differs from this page.
