How family can make conversations easier

By PAMUINI ยท Published September 9, 2026

Make the conversation easier to follow

Face the person, speak clearly and reduce competing noise. Small changes in the setting can help communication alongside appropriate hearing care.

Try these habits

Ask what helps

Invite the person to describe which situations are hardest. For example, ask whether a quiet conversation feels easier than a group meal. Keep the discussion respectful and include the wearer in decisions about getting help.

Buying for someone else?

Complete PAMUINI's check for the actual wearer. Answers from a previous customer or family member should not be reused. Our current A10 and rechargeable models are not suitable for high-frequency hearing difficulty; this product limitation does not rule out other devices.
